To add a chatbot
you will need to click on applications, then choose Omni-channel chat then Chat dashboard.
After opening the Chat dashboard, click on Settings>>>Bots>>>> Add Bot
then click on the blue pen to edit on the Bot
To assign the Bot for a phone number.
