1. Click on the Menu Icon.
2. Click on Analytics.
3. Click on SMS API and then Click on Details view.
4. Please Follow the below steps:
Step 1: Apply Filters
Use the top filter bar (Marked as 1 in the screenshot) to narrow down the data you want to view:
Date Range: Select a desired date range (e.g., 07 May 2025 – 13 May 2025).
Account: Choose the specific account.
Sender & Interface: Optionally filter by sender or interface.
Click the "Apply" button to load filtered result.
Step 2: Search for a Specific Recipient
Use the search field (Marked as 2) to Search by Recipients:
Enter a phone number or recipient detail to locate specific messages.
This helps in pinpointing particular records from the list.
Step 3: Export the Data
To export the filtered data:
Click on the Export button (Marked as 3).
This will generate a downloadable report.
Note:- You will have four export options available, as outlined below:
Export Data Without Message Content – Download SMS data excluding message content.
CTA Campaigns Statistics – Export performance stats of CTA campaigns.
Top 10 Undelivered Recipients – View the top 10 recipients who didn’t receive messages.
All Data With Message Content – Export full SMS data including message content
