للوصول إلى تاريخ المعاملات
1. Click on Menu Icon.
2. Click on account settings.
3. Please follow the below Steps: -
Step 1: Click on the Billing Settings
Go to the left-hand menu and click on Billing (marked as 1).
This will open the billing-related options in your account settings.
Step 2: Open the Balance Transfer Tab
Click on the Balance Transfer tab at the top (marked as 2).
This tab allows you to transfer credit between your internal accounts.
Step 3: Enter Transfer Amount
In the Enter transfer amount field (marked as 3), type the amount of credit you want to transfer.
Ensure that the amount does not exceed your available balance.
Step 4: Select 'Transfer From' Account
Use the dropdown in the Transfer from section (marked as 4) to choose the account from which you want to transfer the balance.
Step 5: Select 'Transfer To' Account
Use the Transfer to dropdown menu (marked as 5) to select the recipient account.
Step 6: Add a Note (Optional)
In the Note field (marked as 6), you may include any remarks or context for the transfer.
This is optional but helpful for record-keeping or team communication.
Step 7: Complete the Transfer
Click the Transfer button (marked as 7) to initiate the balance transfer.
A confirmation or success message will appear if the transfer is successful
تحويل الرصيد من حساب إلى حساب اخر
يمكنكم الوصول إلى خيارات الدفع بالضغط على الفواتير كما بالصورة التالية واختيار تحويل الرصيد
ثم إضافة المبلغ المراد تحويله واختيار الحسابين ( من حساب - إلى حساب) كما بالصورة التالية:
Changing Balance Mode
Step 1: Go to Account Settings.
Step 2: Select the Teams tab from the side menu.
Step 3: Select Manage Teams box.

Step 1: Go to the Team Duties Section
Navigate to the Team Duties tab (marked as 1) in the user management section.
Step 2: Open the Balance Allocation Tab
Click on the Balance Allocation tab (marked as 2) to configure balance sharing options for the team.
Step 3: Choose a Balance Mode
Shared Balance (left option):
Select this if you want all team members to use the admin account’s balance collectively.
Description: “The team members will share the admin account’s balance.”Allocated Balance (right option, marked as 3):
Select this to set a separate balance for the team. This amount must be equal to or less than the admin's available balance.
Description: “Allocate a separate balance for the team, and it must be less than or equal to the admin account’s balance.”
Step 4: Save the Changes
Click the Save Changes button (marked as 4) to apply your selected balance mode.
