1. Click on Menu Icon.
2. Click on Deewan Campaigns.
3. Click on New Campaign.
4. Please Follow the below steps: -
Enter a Campaign Title – e.g., “New Year Marketing Campaign”.
Select SMS as the Channel – Choose how you want to send your message.
Choose “Personalized Campaign” – This lets you include customer names or custom info.
Click “Start Building Campaign” – Begin creating your message and selecting recipients.
5. Please follow the below Steps: -
Choose The Desired Campaign Type.
Select Sender ID – Pick the sender name that will appear in the message.
Click “Next Recipients” – Move to the next step to choose who gets the message.
Note: The template provided above serves as a reference for how recipient data should be properly formatted and organized in the excel file.
6. Please follow the below Steps: -
Upload file – Drag and drop or click to upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file (max 20 MB).
Click “Next Message” – Proceed after uploading your file.
7. Please Follow the below Steps: -
Enter Your Message
Type your message in the box.
To personalize it, type @ to insert fields like name, mobile number, balance, etc.
Proceed to Next Step
Click Next Campaign Summary to continue.
8. Please follow the below Steps: -
Review Campaign Details
Check title, message, sender name, recipients, and processing time.
Test Your Message (Optional)
Click Send Test SMS to preview the message.
Choose an Action
Click Schedule to send later.
Click Send now to send immediately.
