1. Click on Menu Icon.


2. Click on Deewan Campaigns.



3. Click on New Campaign.

4. Please Follow the below steps: -

  • Enter a Campaign Title – e.g., “New Year Marketing Campaign”.

  • Select SMS as the Channel – Choose how you want to send your message.

  • Choose “Personalized Campaign” – This lets you include customer names or custom info.

  • Click “Start Building Campaign” – Begin creating your message and selecting recipients.


5. Please follow the below Steps: -

  • Choose The Desired Campaign Type.

  • Select Sender ID – Pick the sender name that will appear in the message.

  • Click “Next Recipients” – Move to the next step to choose who gets the message.



Note: The template provided above serves as a reference for how recipient data should be properly formatted and organized in the excel file.


6. Please follow the below Steps: -

  • Upload file – Drag and drop or click to upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file (max 20 MB).

  • Click “Next Message” – Proceed after uploading your file.

7. Please Follow the below Steps: -

  • Enter Your Message

    • Type your message in the box.

    • To personalize it, type @ to insert fields like name, mobile number, balance, etc.

  • Proceed to Next Step

    • Click Next Campaign Summary to continue.

8. Please follow the below Steps: -


  • Review Campaign Details

    • Check title, message, sender name, recipients, and processing time.

  • Test Your Message (Optional)

    • Click Send Test SMS to preview the message.

  • Choose an Action

    • Click Schedule to send later.

    • Click Send now to send immediately.
