The Traffic Report visual in the Deewan Console provides a flow-based analysis of your SMS traffic performance. Here's what the graph illustrates:
Account Name
Begins with the sender account (e.g., Support testing) initiating the SMS traffic.
Country
The second column displays the destination countries of the messages (e.g., Egypt and Saudi Arabia).
Network
The third column shows the mobile carriers (e.g., Vodafone and Mobily).
Status
The final column reveals the delivery outcome:
Delivered – Messages successfully reached recipients.
Undelivered – Messages failed to reach recipients.
What the Data View Shows:
Detailed Message Logs
Timestamp of each message
Sender ID used
Recipient number (partially masked)
Country and mobile network
Status (Delivered / Undelivered / Failed)
