Please inform us of the error found in the network logs when attempting to log in by following these steps:
Click on “Inspect” as shown in the screenshot below.
Then click on “Network” and make sure that “Preserve log” is enabled, as shown in the screenshot below.
Then, you can click on the “login log” as shown in the screenshot below (in case of an error, it will appear in red), and then click on “Response” as shown.
Please send us the content found in the “Response” and “Preview” sections so we can investigate the issue.
