In Google Chrome:
- In a new tab/window in Chrome, right-click the web page and select Inspect (or press F12 on your keyboard)
- Click the Network tab
- Make sure the Preserve log option is marked (see Figure 2)
- Navigate to the web page where the issue is encountered
- Perform the steps to duplicate the error/behavior you are experiencing
- In the network console, Click the Down Arrow to Export HAR (see Figure 3)
- Designate where to save and name the file, it will have HAR as the file type (see Figure 4)
- Click Save
