In Google Chrome:
  1. In a new tab/window in Chrome, right-click the web page and select Inspect (or press F12 on your keyboard)
  2. Click the Network tab 
  3. Make sure the Preserve log option is marked (see Figure 2)
  4. Navigate to the web page where the issue is encountered
  5. Perform the steps to duplicate the error/behavior you are experiencing
  6. In the network console, Click the Down Arrow to Export HAR (see Figure 3)
  7. Designate where to save and name the file, it will have HAR as the file type (see Figure 4)
  8. Click Save
